Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of leads2mail. Please read section 5 carefully — it explains what you are responsible for as the sender of the emails.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with Stage Strategy GmbH, Görlitzer Ring 31, 23879 Mölln, Germany (Amtsgericht Lübeck HRB 27433 HL), referred to here as "we" or "us". Details are in our Imprint.
2. Business customers only
leads2mail is offered exclusively to businesses, for purposes related to their trade or profession. It is not offered to consumers. By registering you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorised to bind it.
3. What the service is
leads2mail is software. It helps you identify businesses that may fit your offering, and it sends outreach email from your own mailbox, using credentials you provide. We do not send on our own behalf, and we are not an email service provider or a mailbox host.
Nothing is sent until you approve it. The application shows you the email exactly as it will go out — merge fields filled in and the required footer attached — and only releases it for sending once you approve. Changing the text or the sending mailbox withdraws that approval and requires a fresh one.
4. Plan and what we do not promise
| Plan | Price / month | Search scope | Contacts |
|---|---|---|---|
| leads2mail | $49 | whole states up to the entire US, one project at a time | no cap |
You choose the search area — a whole state or the entire US — and it is worked one project at a time. There is no monthly limit on searches or ZIP codes, and no cap on how many of the companies found you may contact.
Prices are net and exclude any applicable taxes.
We are deliberately explicit about the limits of what we sell:
- We do not guarantee any number of replies, meetings, or customers.
- We do not guarantee inbox placement. Whether an email reaches an inbox depends on your domain reputation, your authentication records, your content and the receiving provider — none of which we control.
- We do not guarantee that every address we find is current or correct. We verify what can honestly be verified (address format and whether the domain accepts mail) before sending.
- The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Your responsibilities as the sender
You are the sender of every email that leaves your mailbox, and you are responsible for its content and its lawfulness. By using leads2mail you agree that:
- You will comply with the law that applies to your outreach — for US recipients this includes the CAN-SPAM Act: accurate sender and header information, an honest subject line, a valid physical postal address, and a working opt-out that you honour promptly.
- You provide a genuine physical postal address, and you keep it current. It is placed in the footer of every email.
- You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or misleading messages, nor to send malware, phishing, or content you have no right to send.
- You will not upload contact data you are not entitled to use.
- You use mailbox credentials you are authorised to use.
- You will not attempt to circumvent the unsubscribe mechanism or the suppression list.
Automatic opt-out and bounce handling are built in and cannot be switched off: an unsubscribe or a hard bounce permanently blocks that address for your account.
Information we publish about email law is general information, not legal advice. Your own compliance remains yours to ensure.
6. Term, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions run for a minimum term of 12 months and are billed monthly in advance. This is stated before you pay. The term renews for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled with 30 days' notice before the end of the current term.
Payments are handled by Stripe. If a payment fails we may suspend sending until it is settled. Fees already paid are not refunded on cancellation, except where the law requires otherwise or where we have failed to provide the service.
There is a single plan, so there is nothing to upgrade or downgrade to.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account without notice if it is used unlawfully, if it endangers the security or reputation of our infrastructure, if payment remains outstanding, or if we are legally required to. Where circumstances permit, we will contact you first.
8. Your data and your content
Your account data, your contact lists and your email content remain yours. We process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from within the application; deleting your account removes your data except for records we are legally required to retain.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. Maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, payment, search providers, mailbox providers) and force majeure can interrupt the service.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the contract, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Any liability beyond this is excluded.
We are not liable for consequences arising from how you use the service — in particular for the content of your emails, for complaints, blocklistings or damage to your sending reputation, or for lost business.
You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept the change you may terminate with effect from the date it takes effect.
12. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Lübeck, Germany. Mandatory provisions of the law of your own country remain unaffected.
13. Miscellaneous
If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remainder stays in force. There are no verbal side agreements; changes require text form.
